Civaro was founded to bring dedicated civil engineering support to the communities, districts, and municipalities we know best.
Civaro's principal has spent over fifteen years working inside Northern Colorado's water districts, municipalities, and construction management firms — building relationships with regional agencies, learning local permitting and CDPHE/DOLA processes, and developing the institutional knowledge that keeps projects moving.
That familiarity with the region — its infrastructure challenges, its approval workflows, and the people who manage them — is what drives better project delivery. We understand how work gets done here because we've been part of the process for years.
Civaro was built to bring that experience to every engagement — with the same PE from first conversation through final closeout, no handoffs, and no layers.
